Not content with being one of the star hosts of Un nuevo día (Telemundo) and an entrepreneur, Rashel Díaz became a motivator in order to help women in need. In an exclusive conversation with People en Español, Díaz spoke at length about this new project that began this weekend with the De mujer a mujer conference in Miami.

Entrepreneur, driver and now you also give conferences to empower women, how did you decide to do this? About two years ago God put that call on me. It is a project close to my heart, so many questions that were asked on social networks about my life, my divorces, love, depression, my role as mother, businesswoman, etc., and I decided to share the tools that had helped me to me with other women who have dreams and don't dare, who want to improve themselves and don't know how.

You as a family mother and professional, what will you contribute to the women who seek help from you? I have had the blessing that due to my work on television I coincide with great professionals, I have always been asking, not [afraid] to ask for help and that has meant that in every area of my life that I have had difficulty I have been able to access some expert to help me.

What I have learned is what I am sharing, but not only that, but in the conferences the women who go can ask more specific questions to each professional, and that seems fantastic to me because it is personalized and so they immediately have the information to be able to take action and see the change in their lives.
