Seeing her so regal while presenting on the red carpet or sharing laughter with her companions in A New Day (Telemundo), it is difficult to think that Rashel Díaz went through a terrible depression. “[I lived a] search for constant love. The infidelities I experienced [in one of my two marriages] affected my self-esteem. I fell into depression because I thought it was me [responsible],”recalls the Cuban. “I received help, I was in consultation for a whole year and I got up. I found myself and Christ”.
The 46-year-old driver decided to share her experience through Woman to Woman, a series of conferences and workshops in Miami on, among other things, self-love, finances and sex.
“If you are not emotionally well, you cannot achieve anything in any of the other aspects. No matter how much you put on makeup you are not going to achieve anything”.
