Rashel Díaz has fulfilled a new dream. The co-presenter of Un Nuevo Día (Telemundo) debuts as designer of the new sportswear line Live by Rashel Díaz. "I always felt uneasy about starting a company that had to do with inspiring others and at the same time that was consistent with the life I lead on a daily basis, that's why Live by Rashel Diaz seemed like an ideal start," says the 45-year-old Cuban. "I started this project about a year ago, God placed a call on me, I had to share my experiences with other women, I had to talk about how I had overcome my failures and falls."

In addition to having vibrant and attractive colors, the shirts and leggings in their line have inspiring phrases such as "Stronger than yesterday", "I start with me" or "Let nothing stop you".

“Women today are living a unique time, a time that we must make the most of. We are being listened to, doors continue to open for us and we must thank them for opening and putting our dreams on paper and carrying them out one by one,”adds Díaz, who inspires other Latinas with business dreams to fulfill them.

“My best advice is not to give up, never to think that your dream is small or very big, it is your dream. Visualize how you want to achieve it and where you see it. The organization and discipline are fundamental, we have to trust our instincts, make them want, dedication, and fulfill our purpose, without looking to the side so as not to get sidetracked,”he says.

Exercising has become a daily ritual for Díaz. I enjoy exercising and taking care of my health, it is something that even when I lived in Cuba and there were no conditions, I remember that my mother and I met with several of her friends in the patio to do exercises and follow Jane Fonda with her exercise video”, remember.

Spending time is your best weapon against stress. "I love doing different routines, trying new exercises, and it is not for taking a few squares or having the best legs - of course that motivates us! -But my biggest motivation is that I am doing something for myself and only for myself," he confesses. “I am doing something that makes me feel healthy, makes me feel stress free. I dedicate that hour to myself completely and that is emotionally favorable.”

The Cuban presenter shared another photo with her mother Bárbara Paz and her daughter Daniela, also modeling pieces from her sports line, showing that her designs can be attractive to any generation.

Her friend and co-host of Un Nuevo Día Adamari López has already tried the clothes and was delighted. López recorded a video with Díaz talking about the line. “I love the new collection of sportswear that my beloved colleague Rashel Díaz launched. It also fascinates me because it has motivational phrases, "says the Puerto Rican. "I love lycra. It is hard, it is firm, it picks up everything super well but at the same time you feel comfortable, it lets you breathe and it is good to exercise”.
