Ingredients:
A handful of crushed almonds
1 cup almond flour
1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
preparation:
Mix the almond flour, cinnamon, vanilla essence, baking powder, maple syrup or honey, coconut oil and walnuts in a bowl. Spread a little coconut oil on the tray where you will bake the mixture, to prevent the cookies from sticking. Distribute the mixture on the tray, portioning with a spoon. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake the mixture for 30 minutes or until you see the cookies are golden brown.
