A young woman from Mississippi could not contain her anger and shot her mother at close range. According to authorities, Labraysha Hamilton, 23, was arrested on murder charges, PEOPLE confirmed.
Area county investigators responded to a shooting and found the 46-year-old "Pearly" Hamilton woman dead at the crime scene.
Relatives of the victim assured the local FOX network that the mother and daughter were arguing before the shooting.
"I don't see why that happened," a neighbor told the television station. "I don't see how he would turn on his mom like this, especially with a gun."
Several people who know the family said that the women used to argue often.
According to reports, the authorities had previously been called to the victim's house and that last Sunday night they responded to a call for domestic violence when they found the mother dead.
The young woman was arrested on a murder charge and was brought before the judge last Monday. Your case will go to trial and a jury will decide your sentence. Labraysha has not yet declared her case and according to authorities has a bond of $ 500,000. Details of the discussion have yet to be released. Labraysha continues behind bars.
