New York Fashion Week is coming to an end and as every year we keep the images of the incredible collections that were presented, as well as those of celebrities who did not miss the best shows like Carolina Herrera, Oscar de la Renta and of course that of Michael Kors, one of the most anticipated of the season and it is no wonder. The famous designer's collections always include exquisite pieces that everyone loves, and this year was no exception.
As usual, the brand's spring / summer 2020 collection was loaded with structured and classic pieces, ideal for working women and, above all, for those who know what they want. A collection full of patriotism, where shades of navy, red, and white reigned supreme. And is that Kors, like other fashion artists, wanted to send a strong message in these times when Americans seem to be more divided than ever, and immigrants are suffering rejection.
On the catwalk we saw pieces with polka dots pass, as well as stripes and squares, and fun prints of lemons and cherries. Of course, the spectacular jackets and pants that Kors has accustomed us to could not stay, nor the feminine dresses with flights that are so popular for the spring season.
As expected, the first row of the parade was full of celebrities. There we saw the Mexican actress Yalitza Aparicio, who arrived with a metallic dress of the brand, as well as Kate Hudson and Nicole Kidman.
The makeup, which was in charge of Maybelline, was super-simple where the healthy and fresh skin of the models stood out, who wore a gloss almost the color of their lips.
