A baby has died murdered as soon as he is born and the main suspects are his mother and her boyfriend. Andrea Torralba, 20, and David Villa, 21, are under arrest after police receive the call from the medical center in Oxnard, California.
After responding to a call from the hospital, the officers realized that the boy was in a serious state of health and that he had wounds on his body.
After investigating and deliberating, the facts led the detectives to determine that everything indicated that it had been the same young people who had caused these terrible damages to the newborn.
Sadly, despite attempts by hospital workers to save his life, the baby was eventually pronounced dead soon after. A crime of assault by force for which its authors can be sentenced to up to 25 years in prison.
Both suspects for this crime remain under arrest while the investigation is ongoing and the facts are being analyzed by the authorities. Although from what has been observed so far, authorship seems to fit with those arrested.
