A man was arrested in Florida for refusing to remove a "I eat what-" sticker from his rear window, according to a report released Tuesday.

Dillon Shane Webb, 23, was driving a brown Chevrolet truck on Sunday when he was stopped by a police officer who noticed the tag had a sexual hint. The patrolman alerted Webb that the sticker violated a state obscenity law, according to the Lake City Reporter.

Webb responded by stating that the decal content was "words only."

However, the officer asked him how "a father of a young child" would explain what those words meant

The suspect also cited his First Amendment privileges when the officer asked if he would remove just one letter from the label.

Webb accused of carrying an obscene message in his vehicles and of resisting official authority without violence.

Speaking to the Associated Press, Webb said he plans to file a wrongful arrest lawsuit against the Columba County Police Department, since he believes the agent was only trying to catch him.

"I am tired of the police forces thinking they are above the Constitution, the Bill of Rights," Webb told the AP.

"The whole time, it was very rude," added Webb. "It seemed to me that his goal was to put me in jail."

Webb also claimed that he has never had a problem with his decal. “I have had parents who passed me with their children taking photos. They point, laugh and carry on with their day."
