Moments of horror that may be difficult to forget lived the more than 1,300 passengers who traveled on a Norwegian cruise ship that was stranded in the middle of the sea during a relentless storm.

After 479 people were evacuated by helicopter and the rest of the passengers were able to return to the mainland on board the ship after the emergency, the images of what happened inside the ship have paralyzed social networks.

Some of the shocking videos that have gone viral on platforms such as Twitter, Instagram and Facebook reveal the moments of terror unleashed by the emergency, showing how the boat was shot down by waves up to eight meters high.

After the engines of the Viking Sky company cruise ship stopped working in the middle of a storm last Saturday, the ship's crew was forced to make an emergency call and the authorities immediately began their rescue efforts.

In the clips hanging on the nets, you can see the dramatic moments that were experienced when the ship wobbled from side to side, leaving the passengers and multiple objects inside the ship to have no choice but to go from one side to the other.

Almost 20 hours after the emergency was reported, the boat was able to return to Norwegian lands with almost 900 passengers still inside. According to a shared report on what happened by CNN on its online site, at least 20 people suffered injuries that had to be treated in medical centers.
