The last hours of life of Samantha Heithley, a woman living in Hillsborough County, Florida, who died this Sunday at the hands of her own husband were very dramatic. This was revealed by the text messages left by the woman before she died in the mailbox of a friend who asked for help because her husband had gone "crazy".

Around 11:50 pm the 33-year-old woman and resident of Land O'Lakes wrote to her friend Kristin Kellin asking for help.” Kirk went crazy Kristen,”Samantha said in the first message. “She is literally losing her mind. She has bothered me for the last six hours and I have insisted that she leave me alone because I am fed up,”said the deceased today.

"I just threw my ring outside." With that last message Keithley practically said goodbye because he was never heard from again, according to the Tampa Bay Times newspaper.

Apparently from there her husband began the attack against him that would start with a heated argument and culminate with him shooting his wife to death and then shooting himself to commit suicide.

In the house was the couple's 14-year-old son who immediately called the police. “My mom was shot! They hit my mom!” The boy is heard screaming in her emergency call to 911 and whose content was reported by the local network WTVT. When police arrived at the Keithley residence they found the victim on the living room sofa and three more children on the top floor of the home.

"Fortunately they were safe," exclaimed Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco, who gave a press conference Monday to discuss the tragedy.

Kirk Keithley, who carried out the shooting, was working as a Hillsborough County Deputy Sheriff. According to the police, there was no history of violence in the home and the police had never been called to that address.

"Just pray for these children," asked the sheriff. “This Monday, there are many people who are getting up, getting ready to go to school and there are four children who are trying to put the pieces of their shattered lives together and trying to understand what happened. What happened is devastating”
