Kara Dunn, a student at the University of Arizona who was on vacation in Spain, went to bed to sleep, and the next day, could not get up.

The information shared by the girl's brother in the GoFundMe account shows that she had been sedated and cased in the hospital. "At the hospital, she was sedated and tubed for severe pneumonia, this later complicated her condition," he said. In addition, Ryan explained that her sister had gone to Spain because she considered the trip as a unique opportunity. "All we want is that Kara can go home and have the best treatments available so that she can regain her strength," Ryan said.
