A 14-year-old boy was brutally beaten by football players from his school who fractured his arm. The violent incident occurred in Alabama and the student's family is now suing the school for $ 12 million.
Mary Rayford Kim, the mother of Rodney Kim Jr., 14, is suing the Mobile County School Board in Alabama. Her son, an American football player who had been accepted into the school team, was beaten by his other teammates as part of a violent rite of passage. Red hot (Telemundo) and other programs have published the video of the incident, which has gone viral.
As reported by AL.com, the incident occurred in the locker room at Davidson High School. The mother argues that the school's teachers and coaches did not intervene to prevent the beating of her son by her classmates.
Following the attack, the school district suspended four of the students and is conducting an investigation. Police arrested three of the students involved in the attack, who are now facing charges.
