An 18-year-old Oklahoma girl was arrested Monday with a gun after allegedly threatening to shoot "400 people for fun," including some at her former high school, according to a report by the Pittsburg County Sheriff's Office.

Alexis Wilson told her co-worker at a pizzeria on Monday that she had purchased a semi-automatic AK-47 weapon. Two co-workers informed authorities that Wilson showed photos of her holding the rifle and said there were people at her former school, McAlester High School, who she would like to shoot, authorities said.

Wilson was located near her home and her home was searched with her mother's permission.

The mother led investigators to Wilson's room where they found the AK-47 with six high-capacity magazines and their ammunition, along with a 12-gauge shotgun.

Wilson's mother knew of the weapon's existence because her daughter had been saving to buy it, according to authorities.

While the reason the young woman wanted to shoot some people at her old school is unclear, Wilson had dropped out of high school in his first year after being arrested for carrying a knife and carrying a swastika symbol on his belongings.

The young woman is being held at the Pittsburg County Jail, according to court documents. If convicted, Wilson faces up to 10 years in prison.
