Alejandra Espinoza recently participated in a walk in support of breast cancer patients in which she wore a shirt in which she claimed to do it for her sister.
Given the revealing message from the host, Univision Entertainment released a statement confirming that one of the Mexican's sisters was diagnosed with breast cancer last May.
“In the midst of any battle your best ally is God and your strongest weapon is prayer. #MiGuerreraFavoritaMiHERMANA”, Espinoza wrote on his Instagram account.
Along with the message, he shared a snapshot in which he appeared with a pink shirt that read: "I wear pink for my sister."
Espinoza participated in the walk against breast cancer organized by the American Cancer Society at Balboa Park in San Diego, California.
Univision explained that although Espinoza has not yet spoken in this regard, she has been involved with initiatives, organizations and events for the benefit of patients with this disease.
He also recalled that the presenter praised Daddy Yankee for launching the song "Yo contra ti" dedicated to the fight against cancer. On that occasion, Espinoza asked for applause for the Puerto Rican for having shot a real enemy.
One of the followers on Instagram of the driver thanked her for her effort and solidarity. “Thank you @alejandraespinoza for thinking and helping us. I'm a survivor, I'm in my fourth year, thank God,”said one fan.
