Justin Calhoun, 24, faces second-degree murder charges for the death of 67-year-old Mark Brann, whom he stabbed in the eyes. The bloody event would have occurred in the state of Florida last Monday.

According to a report shared by the New York Post online site, the man reportedly attacked his partner after thinking that he had "cannibalistic" tendencies. The situation led to an argument between the couple and ultimately caused the bloody event.

It seems that during the confrontation, the young man went in search of a weapon, but after a struggle between the two men, the victim was able to snatch the pistol from his hands. Calhoun then took a pencil and buried it in both eyes of his alleged sexual partner.

Then he took a piece of wood and put it into his mouth to try to silence his wails of pain. However with this, he continued his attack with a drawer he took from a closet. After the criminal attack, the man fled the scene naked and could only be detained by the police hours after the terrible events.

Reports add that Brann had been transferred by air emergency to a hospital in the city of Miami, where his death was reported a day after suffering the violent onslaught of his sentimental partner.
