Although the first thing that comes to mind when we think of members of the United States Navy is their strength, a new video that has gone viral has exposed the most vulnerable side of two of them: their love for family.
In this video, Sgt Josua Newville and Airman Emily Leehan are saying their wedding vows in front of Gage, the son he had in a previous relationship, when the three break down in tears.
It all started when the bride read her vows and decided to include the little one that she has begun to love as her own, with these significant words: " I want you to be safe and to do everything possible and be a good person …", but before continue the little one wraps her in his arms and breaks into tears.
The young bride tenderly says to her: " Don't cry baby." And immediately all the guests at the Quincy Cellars in Ripley, New York are heard to exclaim a loud "Aww!"
The little boy is so excited that he continues to cry, while his father tells him that everything is "fine" and the bride follows his beautiful words expressing everything she expects of him and that he learns that "you are a very special boy. You are very smart, handsome and kind to others."
The tender speech continues, saying that this little boy, only 4 years old, has helped this future wife to be the woman she is today, and concludes with this heartfelt phrase: “Perhaps I have not given you the gift of life, but the life surely gave me the greatest gift that you are”.
The now lady from Newville embraces the child and the guests, also with eyes full of tears, applaud the tender moment.
