Authorities are investigating the cause of the plane crash of a small plane carrying a family home in Jackson, Tennessee, as they returned from a joyous vacation at Disney World in Orlando, FL.
The accident happened Saturday around 2:30 pm in Hayden, Alabama, where several witnesses saw pieces of the ship fall from the sky, covering an area that stretched for about a mile.
On Sunday, the University School of Jackson, a high school located in Tennessee, mourned through its Facebook page the deaths of its two students: Jacob, 16, and Jillian, 14, as well as that of their parents Joseph and Jennifer Crenshaw.
People magazine reported that their family and friends are in "shock" with this news, as the Crenshaw family - whose ancestors date from the time of the American revolution - is very prominent in Jackson.
One of the witnesses related how the plane suddenly turned and began to descend from the end, while another, on whose property a large part of the aircraft fell, said: “It is a disaster, it is a rubble of tin; You can't say it's an airplane."
