In a crime that has caused a deep shock, four young men were arrested Thursday in Chicago for allegedly torturing a mentally disabled young man and broadcasting the beating on Facebook Live.
Authorities announced the filing of charges of aggravated kidnapping and hate crime, unlawful restraint of one person, and assault with a deadly weapon Jordan Hill, Tesfaye Cooper and Brittany Covington, all three of 18, as well as Tanishia Covington, 24.
Additionally, Hill, Cooper, and Brittany Covington also face home burglary charges.

Regarding the relationship between the alleged aggressors and the victim, they indicated that they knew one of the accused.
