New data is added to the investigation of the tragic plane crash in Colombia of a LaMia company plane, in which 71 people lost their lives.

In order to clarify the causes of what happened on that flight, a tripartite commission formed by civil and military authorities from Colombia, Brazil and Bolivia has been formed. Inspector Celia Castedo is in this investigation. According to her observations a few hours before takeoff, the AVRO RJ 85 aircraft was not in optimal flight conditions because it did not have enough fuel to reach Medellín.

The official of the Administration of Airports and Auxiliary Services to Air Navigation (AASANA) included in her report the textual response that Álex Quispe, dispatcher of the LAMIA company gave her after presenting her warnings: No, Mrs. Celia, that autonomy has passed me, it reaches us well. So I just present it, we do it in less time, don't worry. It's just like that, calm down, that's fine, just leave it to me there,”according to the Bolivian newspaper El Deber.

According to Quispe, the pilot of the flight, Miguel Quiroga had confirmed such data and considered them sufficient to give the go-ahead the green light.

Shortly before crashing and as confirmed by a recording released this week, Quiroga informed the control tower of the Medellín airport of an electrical failure and a fuel shortage. The plane collided just 17 kilometers from the airport runway in that city, leaving 71 dead, including players, technical team and guests of the Chapecoense team club, as well as crew and journalists who were on their way to cover the game of the final of the South American Cup. Six have been the survivors of this dramatic event.

The terrible accident has provoked reactions in all corners of the world with tributes and words of encouragement for the families of the victims. The Chapecoense has thanked the samples of affection with an emotional video spread on social networks. "We looked for a word to thank so much love and we found several," he writes. Thanks come with thanks in different languages. "Thank you, Thank you, Merci, Grazie, Danke, Gràcies, Salamat", among others.
