Through a statement on his social networks, Omar Fayad, husband of Victoria Ruffo, has confirmed that he has been infected with the coronavirus. The Mexican politician is recovering at home and respecting the quarantine and the measures that come with having tested positive.
“I inform you that I have tested positive for the COVID19. I am already quarantined at home. Both I and the people with whom I have had contact are following the protocols established by the Federal Ministry of Health,”she said on her Twitter profile.
The Governor of Hidalgo also confirmed that he continues working and putting all his forces to prevent the virus from spreading in that state. "Nothing will stop us to overcome this crisis together," he added optimistically.
At the moment the actress has not made any statement about it. Judging from her husband's message, those who have had contact with him will take special care, such as remaining isolated, and will be being watched in case they have been infected. The best right now for the whole family.
