Gloria Trevi's firstborn, Ángel Gabriel, is starting a career as a singer. Despite the fame her mother enjoys, the boy wants to make her own way and look for opportunities without having the backing of the interpreter of "Doctor Psychiatrist" to avoid believing that her successes are the product of family help.
"Sometimes they see you in a place and they say: 'because he is the son of … he did not earn it, he does not deserve it,'" Ángel Gabriel revealed to the Mexican newspaper El Universal. “So I spoke to my mom [Gloria Trevi]; I told her that I was not going to want her help and she told me: 'I am not going to help you with the video, with that about the songs, you find out what you are going to do, you find your composers”.
The 17-year-old says that this decision is fully supported by Trevi, who has given him the freedom to find his own way in music. In addition, he will continue to keep up with his studies in high school and when he finishes it, he already has plans to enter the University to pursue a computer or physical career.
"I was not scared or anything, since I was little my parents have taught me that 'if you want something, earn it'; nothing in life is given away, "he added. "Obviously, there are times when luck can touch you and it goes super well, and others where it does not touch you and it goes super badly."
Ángel Gabriel has just released the single of his authorship titled “Besos”.
