Due to the coronavirus, there are many changes that Americans have experienced in the last days and it is not for less. The deadly virus has Italy and several cities in Spain completely isolated to prevent further infection. So in cities like New York, Washington and New Jersey, schools will be closed until April 20 and many companies have decided to have their employees work from home. Even in The Big Apple the authorities have given the order to close all the restaurants, bars and cinemas. The world of fashion and beauty have also put their batteries. Many fashion shows have already been canceled and several chain stores have decided to close their doors.
As we had already reported, the beauty shop Glossier decided to close all its establishments both in the United States and in London, and other companies such as Sephora and Ulta continue to operate, but under strict cleaning measures and removing some of the privileges for clients, such as test products.
Like them, other companies have decided to do the same, either by closing their doors or by taking measures to protect the health and well-being of their customers and employees.
Companies such as Gap, Aritzia, Columbia Sportswear, Fossil, Lululemon, Levi Strauss & Co., Apple, Nike, Lush Cosmetics, Patagonia, Rent the Runway, Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Quay Australia, Free People and Abercrombie & Fitch, among others.
Some of these, like Gap and Levi Strauss & Co., will also close their stores in Canada. For its part, Walmart will only keep stores that normally operate 24 hours open until 11 pm. This will be done in order to properly clean and disinfect during those hours that they are closed to the public.
All these companies will keep their web pages current. So they can make orders on a regular basis.
