Since the coronavirus began to spread in the United States, there are many restrictions that the government has put in place to prevent more people from continuing to get it. The truth is that things have gotten out of control and companies for their part have also taken drastic measures to protect the well-being of their employees. However, life has to go on and there are many companies such as Sephora where to stay open they have had to take strong measures. But in the case of other stores such as Glossier, the measures have been more drastic.
It turns out that the popular store, whose products have become a must for makeup lovers, has decided to close the doors of all its stores in both the United States and London.
"We made the difficult decision to close all of our permanent stores as well as temporary ones (in New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and London) for at least the next two weeks to help prevent the spread of COVID-19," he wrote. Emily Weiss, CEO of the company, in a statement posted on Glossier's Instagram account. “We are also going to delay opening the store in Arizona, which was scheduled for next Wednesday. This is obviously a very changing situation, so we will be monitoring it and adjusting our plans according to what is happening."
Of course, Weiss invited customers to purchase their favorite products on Glossier.com, which will be working as normal.
Like Glossier and Sephora, the Ulta store chain is also taking steps to protect the health of its customers, as well as that of its employees. The beauty store canceled its eyebrow, eyelash application, waxing, and makeup application services. It has also removed test products from its counters.
Now we just have to wait for all this to happen and we can return to our usual life.
