Almost almost as famous as her always successful and risky looks on the red carpet, Tracee Ellis Ross's long hair is one of those responsible for bringing natural curly hair back into fashion, both on the street and on the catwalks. Inspired by her own hair experience of not finding products specifically tailored to her hair type, the Girlfriend and Black-ish actress has announced that she is launching her own line of curly hair care products.
The brand is called Patterns (patterns in Spanish) and, as the actress has confirmed through her social networks, it has been in the development process for more than a decade.
"I am delighted to present to you Pattern, my new line of care for curly, looped and textured hair," she explains on Instagram in a post titled "If my hair spoke." “It is the result of 20 years of dreams, 10 of development and 2 of working with chemicals. I'm so excited".
The range that will be on sale from September 9 includes shampoos, conditioners with and without rinsing, two hair serums, a rubber shower brush, specific microfiber towels for curly hair and a hair clip. The prices of the products go among the rest of the products on their website patternbeauty.com and in Ulta from September 22. ⠀
