Charlotte Tilbury is one of the most prestigious and popular makeup brands of the moment, not only because it has incredible products, but also because it was created by one of the most important makeup artists. Tilbury has worked with artists such as Kim Kardashian, Emma Roberts, Salma Hayek, Nicole Kidman, Penélope Cruz, and many more. That is why some of its collections have been dedicated to its famous clients. For example, a few years ago the brand launched a set of lipsticks that bore the names of some of their muses. It is precisely this idea of putting famous names to some of its products, which now has the makeup artist in trouble.

It turns out that actress Brooke Shields is suing the makeup artist and her brand for releasing an eyebrow pencil with her name and without her consent. In the lawsuit, the artist claims that the brand seeks to make money by putting "Brooke S" on one of its products.

According to what the lawsuit says, the actress, whose eyebrows have always been part of her signature look, realized that the product had her name when she was shopping a few months ago and that discovery left her in shock.

"Brooke Shields 'career as a model, actress, and businesswoman for so many years has made her one of the best-known artists," Alex Weingarten of law firm Venable LLP, Shields' attorney, told People. In fact, Brooke's eyebrows have been her brand since Time magazine declared it in 1981 as "the '80s look."

The actress is seeking compensation for the damage and wants the brand to remove the product that bears her name from the market.
