After breaking all the records of the history of Victoria's Secret, Adriana Lima, who tonight parades in the lingerie show for the eighteenth time, has just announced through her Instagram account her withdrawal from the fashion catwalk that brings together to more millions of followers worldwide.
The 37-year-old Brazilian model has published a video reviewing the best moments of her 20s representing the lingerie brand with a loving message to the firm and its fans. "Thank you Victoria for showing me the world, sharing your secrets, and most importantly, not only giving me wings but also teaching me how to fly," she wrote on her profile.
As PEOPLE has confirmed, the model is going to say goodbye in style with a spectacular look in which of course there will be no lack of wings and a part of the show specially dedicated to highlight the best moments of her career.
“I think this year is going to be the peak of my career. This is my eighteenth show and I am as excited as I was on the first day,”explained the model to PEOPLE. “I have always loved being on the catwalk and being part of the Victoria's Secret show. It is my favorite parade”.
"You are going to love tonight's show and for me it is going to be absolutely special," he told the magazine after explaining that from now on he will dedicate himself to supporting projects that support women around the world.
