Latinas In Hollywood Join Important Campaign

Yesterday was the Latina Equal Pay Day, a day where awareness is raised about the large difference in payment that exists between a Latina woman compared to a white man. Unfortunately the difference is huge. For example, for every dollar a white man earns, a Latina earns only 53 cents. That is why taking advantage of this day, many of the most prominent Latinas in Hollywood joined in a very special campaign that is giving much to talk about.

Celebrities such as Eva Longoria, Sofía Vergara, Roselyn Sánchez, Gina Rodríguez, Eiza González and Zöe Saldaña, among others, joined the Phenomenal Woman campaign to raise awareness about this situation. The beloved actresses put on a T-shirt that said, Phenomenally Latina (Phenomenally Latina) and uploaded their photos to their Instagram accounts, and created a lot of noise, something that is already paying off.
