Becoming a Victoria's Secret model is the dream of many girls. "I am always very focused and I like to be very good for the show," the Brazilian model said in an interview. “I try to go to the [gym] Tracy Anderson almost every day of the week. Apart from that I do yoga, play volleyball on the beach and take my children for a swim. I love being outdoors."

Of course, the model not only exercises to maintain her figure, but also takes what she eats very seriously, making sure to eat mostly vegetables and protein. But how do you prepare just before walking the famous walkway?

"I think a little meditation always helps keep me calm and focused," she explained. "I know exactly what I'm going to do, so I do that and I say a prayer because I think all of that helps."

Sadly, Ambrosio was part of his last show this past Tuesday and he said goodbye to the catwalk that gave him an international name. The model participated in her first show in 2001 when she was barely 20 years old. In total, Ambrosio was in 17 parades and in countless advertising campaigns for the brand.
