In the world of fashion, flesh color used to be presented only in light tones, but in recent years this notion has changed since designers are taking into account the different ethnicities and the variety of skin tones.
Christian Louboutin, the popular designer of luxury shoes, has been one of the first to understand this and has just launched a new pair of ballerinas with the name Solasofia, thus expanding his popular denude collection including models Senora and Pigalle Follies. These new flats come in five different colors so everyone can find a shoe that matches their skin tone. "There are two that I'm missing in the midtone range," says the designer. "Next year we will reach a total of seven skin tones."
