Gina Rodríguez was chosen to occupy the back cover of the September issue of our magazine.
During the photo shoot with the actress from Jane The Virgin, we had the opportunity to talk and ask her about her style evolution since she lived in anonymity, until she reached stardom in Hollywood, which led to her winning a Golden Globe Award. Best actress in a comedy series last January.
"For me it is very important to be part of an edition that focuses on fashion and beauty, for a girl who thought she would never be part of this," says Rodríguez on the recording.
Rodríguez confessed that at first she was a “T-shirt and jeans” girl, and that later she adopted a bohemian style at university. "I felt very comfortable with that, especially for someone who had curves and who always had a good Puerto Rican butt, if I may," explains the Puerto Rican.
