Little Boomer, 15 months old, is happily waiting for his little brother, as he demonstrated on his own Instagram account. "I'm excited to see what mom will have. Will I have a brother or a sister?"
Phelps and his wife Nicole welcomed Boomer in May 2016. After the birth, the couple decided to get married.
Earlier this year, during an interview with People magazine, Phelps revealed that he and his wife both wanted their family to grow. "Nicole has recently raised that she would like to have a girl!" He said. "We definitely want more children. We are so fortunate to have a healthy and happy baby and hopefully sooner, but we don't know when.”
