Seven years after becoming a father for the first time, now Cristiano Ronaldo confirmed the birth of two new children, the product of surrogacy. This was announced by the footballer himself.

"I have been at the service of the national team, as it always happens, in body and soul, even knowing that my two children were born," Ronaldo wrote in a message he posted on his Facebook account. "I am very happy to be with my children for the first time."

According to Iusa television, the babies, a boy and a girl, were born on June 8 in Florida, United States. They will be called Eva and Mateo. Furthermore, just like their older brother Cristiano Jr., who also came into the world in that state, they will have American citizenship.

Last January, the Portuguese press reported that the Real Madrid striker would become a father again and that the contact with the person who would give birth to his little ones took place in Miami during his Christmas holidays.

According to some media, the player's mother, Dolores Aveiro, traveled to the United States a few weeks ago to meet her grandchildren. As with Ronaldo Jr., she will be the one to help her son raise him.

“I am going to have a son and I want you to be the one to help me educate him and give him love, as you have always done with me and my brothers. You will never know who the baby's mother is,”was how the footballer told his mother that he would become a father the first time because of the rent, according to Aveiro in a memoir.

Cristiano Ronaldo announced the birth of the little ones, just a few hours after the Portuguese national team lost to Chile in the Cup in the semifinals of the Confederations Cup.
