Singer Kelly Clarkson and her husband, Brandon Blackstock, welcomed her first bud this Thursday.
"Our daughter River Rose Blackstock was born on June 12," Clarkson announced on his Twitter account this Saturday. Thank you all for the congratulations, Brandon and I are in the clouds.”
The singer announced her pregnancy on November 19 via the same route. I'm pregnant! Brandon and I are happy, this is the best Christmas present in advance,”wrote the interpreter.
Clarkson, who married Blackstock last October in Tennessee, then declared that she wanted to become a mother as soon as possible.
“More than anything else, the next thing I want is a baby. My record house is in a panic because all I'm talking about is having babies,”she said. We are looking forward to starting our family. I am 31 years old and my eggs are maturing."
River Rose is the couple's first offspring. Blackstock, whose stepmother is singer Reba McEntire, has two children from their previous marriage: Savannah, 11, and Seth, 7.
"I want to have two children," Clarkson declared before conceiving her daughter.
