Good news for Jennifer Lopez fans in the Dominican Republic as the Bronx-native singer will be performing in the Caribbean country for the first time.

The Puerto Rican singer announced that she will be have a concert in DR resuming his show in Las Vegas.

Hi lovers! I am so excited to have you join me at my first concert ever in your beautiful country. I can't wait to see you on April 15th at the historic Altos de Chavón Caso de Campo. It's going to be an unforgettable night,”said JLo in a video on the venue's Instagram.

Unforgettable will also be the prices that fans must pay to attend the concert.

Tickets vary between 47,000 Dominican pesos, equivalent to $ 1,000, for seats closest to the stage and 8,900 Dominican pesos, which is around $ 190, for the farthest seats in the venue.

These prices that have caused some surprise, as they almost triple the cost of seeing the superstar in Sin City, where tickets range from $ 109 to $ 304, not including resale.

The theater where the presentation will be held in the tourist area of La Romana has a capacity of 5,000 spectators.

After the announcement, many of Lopez's followers wondered if her visit has to do with the fact that this is the native country of her new boyfriend, former baseball player Alex Rodríguez.
