A couple in Ohio was arrested Monday and are facing charges for the murder of their baby. The boy's remains were found inside an abandoned car three years ago. PEOPLE confirmed that Jenna Cisneros, 34, and Jacob Cisneros, 33, face charges of putting the life of a minor in danger.

Both are in jail without bail. The couple, originally from Toledo, are the biological parents of the deceased baby, who is suspected to be two months old when he died. The boy's name has not been released, it has only been identified as "Baby Doe" in a police report and the possible motive for the crime has not been mentioned.

The boy's body showed no signs of physical trauma. Official documents allege that a DNA test identified the couple as the parents of the deceased baby. According to Jenna and Jacob Cisneros' statements to the police, they were the only ones in charge of caring for the baby when he was alive.

The boy's body was found decomposing inside a broken car that had been parked in the same spot for several weeks. The vehicle was covered with a tent. It is not yet known whether the couple will plead guilty or not guilty to the charges against them, or whether they already have a lawyer to defend them.
