Although in most cases it resolves on its own within a maximum of 6 months, it can be treated with anti-inflammatory steroids, physical therapy, sometimes antiviral drugs and vitamins B6 and B12. To prevent it, it is recommended to eat healthy food, get enough sleep and try to reduce stress”.
