A Hispanic video game player has been arrested after being accused of sexual abuse of a minor. On June 28, Daniel Enrique Fabian, 18, was playing the popular video game Grand Theft Auto at his home in Pasco County when he allegedly confessed to another gamer that he was going to “nail” a girl who was in his home. ABC Action News reported.

The other player, whose identity has not been released, alleges that Fabian took a break from the game for about 15 minutes. During that time, Fabian's microphone was still on and the other player who was connected to the Internet reported to police that he heard a girl screaming "no" and begging Fabian to stop.

According to an affidavit obtained by ABC Action News, the victim asked Fabian to stop at least four times but he allegedly forcibly continued to have sex with her.

Fabian then continued to play the video game online. Fox 13 reported that the victim, an unidentified teenage girl, told authorities that Fabian had covered her mouth and forced her to lie on her bed during the sexual assault.

A medical examination corroborated what the victim told police, showing DNA traces of Fabian on his thigh and identifying him as the suspect, according to Fox 13 and WFLA.

Fabian was arrested on November 21 and faces charges of child abuse between the ages of 12 and 15. According to WFLA, Fabian is also accused of raping another teenager at his home on June 4. "He was arrested in June for another case with another 15-year-old girl, who he allegedly also raped at his home," said Kevin Doll, a spokesman for the Pasco County Sheriff's Office. The Miami Herald reported that Fabian is being held at Land O 'Lakes. His lawyer has not yet answered PEOPLE's calls.
