Pregnant College Body Found In Suitcase

The community of the city of Milwaukee in the state of Wisconsin is horrified after revealing the details of the murder of the young student Shannon Mani, 21, of whom her body was found dead in a travel bag.

According to details of the terrifying case revealed by People magazine on its online site, the police had found the body of the young woman, who was also 5 months pregnant, with knife wounds to the neck and two shots to the head.

Quentin Neal, who is said to have had a romantic relationship with Mani, was arrested by authorities after the girl's family reported his disappearance since April 13 and named him as the main suspect.

After detectives visited Neal's house, they found traces of blood in various places on the property, so he was taken into custody. The man allegedly confessed that after an altercation with his girlfriend he stabbed her and shot her.

The defendant's chilling revelations further add that he covered the lifeless body with a garbage bag and then put it inside a travel bag. So he put the suitcase in a storage room that he rented under his name.

The girl's body had her eyes covered with industrial tape, which was also used to tie her hands and feet. Bloody towels, tape and a knife were also found in the suitcase.

The man, who was given bail of $ 500,000, faces charges of first-degree murder, murder of an unborn child and possession of a weapon. If found guilty, he could face a life sentence in prison.
