Teacher Arrested For Sex With Student

A teacher of Hispanic origin was arrested in Arizona on suspicion of having had a series of sexual encounters with one of her 13-year-old students. Police now blame her for exchanging fairly explicit photos and text messages with the minor.

Brittany Zamora, who was working as an instructor at the Las Brisaas Academy in Phoenix before her arrest, was arrested on March 21 on two counts of child molestation; one for facilitating harmful material and nine accounts of sexual conduct with a minor, as reported by People.

Police found messages shared between teacher and student that included nude or lingerie photos of her. In one of the texts, Zamora told the boy that he couldn't wait to have sex with him. "I know, baby!" Replied the minor, as verified by court documents. "I love you every day, without limit."

In another exchange of messages, the teacher said, "If I could quit my job [and be able to have sex] with you every day, I would."

The pupil-pupil relationship was discovered by the boy's parents thanks to an application installed on his phone that detected suspicious words, said Lisa Kutis, a Goodyear police spokeswoman.

When they confronted the teenager, he confessed everything about his relationship with Zamora. The parents immediately contacted the school principal, who alerted the police.

In a video obtained by People, it is observed how when appearing in court the woman asks the judge for clemency and the opportunity to go home with her "husband". Zamora was booked in Maricopa County and a nickel bond was set to assure them that the woman will not return to the school.
