It has not been an easy season for the stewardess Michella Flores, who after becoming a survivor of the terrible massacre that occurred in the city of Las Vegas, is now one of the thousands of people who have lost their homes due to the forest fires that lash California.
Her work took her to Las Vegas on the fateful night of October 1. As a huge country music fan, I didn't want to miss the opportunity to go to the Route 91 Harvest Festival. She never imagined that soon after she would become one of the thousands of witnesses who witnessed firsthand the worst massacre in the history of the United States.
Just days after the sad events in the popular city of the state of Nevada, Michella had to live a new tragedy, this time because of the fires that have consumed more than 900 square kilometers of California.
Santa Rosa, where the flight attendant resides with her parents, has been one of the cities that has been most affected by the fires. She and her family recently saw their home burned to ash by the fathoms that reached their neighborhood.
"It is a feeling of hopelessness," Flores shared with CNN about what he has had to experience in recent days. "I thought it wouldn't be difficult because I've been in these situations in the past. But when they happen to you, it's totally different,”added the woman, who previously worked as a firefighter and paramedic. "I can't sleep and I haven't had time to process all this yet," she added in her conversation with the news network.
