A one-month-old baby was abandoned on the side of an I-40 highway in Oklahoma on Saturday afternoon. A leader of a church youth group found the boy in a car seat while driving, People confirms.
"Thank God we were on time," said Gary Prater, leader of the Abba Worship Center in Ada, Oklahoma, who found the little boy with his birth certificate and social security card.
