Accused Mother Murders 4-year-old Daughter

The community of the state of South Carolina is shocked with the horrible case of the murder of a little girl of only 4 years old, since the main suspect in her death is her mother.

Cynthia Estrada-López, 24, faces charges for the murder of her daughter, in addition to serious accusations of mistreatment of the little girl, who on the day of her death left her tied to a bed and with her mouth sealed with tape overnight whole.

Hours after the girl was immobilized, the 911 hotline received a call reporting the girl's situation. When the relief agencies arrived at the house, they found the girl unconscious, which is why they had to immediately take her to a medical center in the area, where hours later she was reported dead.

The heinous crime would have happened on the night of July 31, as shared by Jay Koon, the South Carolina chief of Lexington County Police, in a statement.

An additional report published by People magazine on its online site would add that Estrada-López was arrested on Friday morning and would not have accepted, up to now, the charges of which she is accused. The woman remains detained without the possibility of bail.

According to Koon, the criminal investigation into the death of the little girl is open, in order to specifically establish the causes and reasons that led to the sad death of the girl.
