A Woman Encouraged Her Boyfriend To Have Sex With A Minor

A Virginia woman pleaded guilty on Wednesday to charges related to child pornography, while admitting to encouraging her 70-year-old boyfriend to allegedly have sex with a minor girl last year.

According to People, Kelley Claytor faces a prison sentence ranging from 3 to 51 years after admitting guilt to a judge on charges of producing child pornography, possession of child pornography with the intent to distribute it, and child neglect.

The case file to which the magazine had access indicates that the 46-year-old woman had a relationship with a married man, Houston Miller, who for years encouraged her to have sexual relations with a teenager.

The 70-year-old dentist, who served as a local magistrate for eight years, faces charges of child pornography, sexual assault and contributing to the commission of a crime by a minor. He is currently under house arrest waiting to appear before the judge on July 7. He is also expected to plead guilty.

According to the prosecution, Claytor used the minor's cell phone to send messages of sexual content to her boyfriend, as well as nude photos of the victim.

Miller had consensual sexual relations with the girl, who has not been identified, several times last year until the teenager revealed a relationship with the dentist to a friend. That revelation launched a criminal investigation, in which with the help of the FBI it was possible to recover the illicit images after the accused tried to erase them.
