The Obamas Are Seen After Trump's Accusations

Former President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle were seen smiling widely on Sunday despite explosive accusations by his successor, Donald Tump, that the phone was tapped during the election campaign.

Obama, 55, appeared very casual and smiling in a leather jacket, jeans and sunglasses, along with his wife of 53, with whom they visited the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC. The former first lady was very elegant, all in black, and also wearing sunglasses.

The couple did not look worried about the allegations of telephone spying that Trump launched on Saturday on Twitter and his request for Congress to investigate this alleged intervention of the tycoon's phones.

“How low of President Obama to have tapped my phones during the sacred election time. This is Nixon / Watergate. A bad (or sick) guy!”

According to CNN, the FBI has rejected the accusations against Obama and its director, James Comey, has asked the Justice department not to give any credibility to what some consider a conspiracy theory generated in order to divert the attention of the problems facing the White House.
