The aerial tragedy of the Chapeocense team could reach the small screen, reported the Brazilian newspaper O Globo, in which it was noted that Netflix is in negotiations to carry out a series about the Brazilian soccer team.

The newspaper assured that the club's board of directors would be in talks with the production company Boutique Filmes, the company responsible for making 3%, the last Brazilian series that premiered on the famous streaming service in that country.

The project would tell what happened on the LaMia airline flight that crashed on November 28, just 8.2 miles from the Medellín airport because the aircraft did not supply the ship with enough fuel, according to Colombian authorities.

In the incident, 71 people died, including 22 members of the club, who in an instant ran out of players and technical equipment. The modest team was heading to dispute the first leg of the Copa Sudamericana final against Atlético de Medellín.

The tragedy shocked the world of football and generated heartfelt tributes across the planet. Only 5 people survived the accident, including Jackson Follman, one of the team's goalkeepers.
