Oscar De la Hoya revealed that he plans to tell his life in a movie.

His company, Golden Boy, is not only a promoter of boxing and MMA talents, through this entertainment-producing house, the former boxing champion plans to relate details of his ups and downs since childhood.

“We are going to start a movie about the lives of Oscar De La Hoya and Julio Cesar Chávez. It is an epic story from 1996. It is a very interesting story because at that time everyone supported Chavez, I was considered the American and that culture was divided. Now those people who were against me at the time are recognizing and trying to create. Even though I was born here, we are all Latinos”, he exclusively told People En Español.

That history and other controversies will be seen shortly.

In the midst of promoting his new projects, a former Golden Boy Promotions employee has filed a lawsuit against Oscar De La Hoya.

According to a story revealed by TMZ on Thursday afternoon, a lawsuit filed on behalf of David "Tattoo" González claims that De La Hoya called him at inappropriate times to help him when the boxer was "highly intoxicated." González, a radio personality in Los Angeles, was hired by Golden Boy Promotions in 2010 to do promotional work, primarily announcing and engaging fans in heavyweights, fights, and other events.

González stopped working for the De La Hoya promotion company last year.
