Some young women start preparing at a very young age to fulfill their dream and obtain a crown with which they will gain recognition and fame.
Recently, Stephanie del Valle, a native of San Juan, Puerto Rico, stood out among the 116 candidates for the Miss World 2016 pageant for her beauty, sweetness and intelligence.
After being asked what she would do to promote change in the world, 19-year-old Miss Puerto Rico replied: "I would send a message stressing how important it is to help those most in need."
Del Valle's response secured the crown for the Miss World 2016 pageant.
Just as some beauty candidates stand out with their consistent responses, other misses continue to give something to talk about with their memorable gaffes.
