Claudia Molina recently launched Jugosa y Fit (Atria) her first diet and exercise book that contains a long list of juices for all kinds of needs.
"Although it contains more than 40 delicious and effective juices for different purposes, I also included the diet model that I recommend because I have been using it since my adolescence and it has given me excellent results," says the successful coach and nutritionist. "To complement correct nutrition, physical activity is essential, so I also included a very effective abdominal routine to burn abdominal fat and tone the muscles of the abdomen."

1 glass of chamomile tea
2 green apples
1 celery stalk
1 bunch of parsley

Preparation: First you must prepare the chamomile infusion as follows: Put a 10-ounce glass of water over high heat until it boils, remove it from the heat, add a bag or a tablespoon of chamomile, leave to rest. until cool, strain and reserve. Then pass the apples, celery and parsley through the extractor, mix the resulting juice with the chamomile infusion, add the Stevia and immediately drink this juice as a support to regulate the functioning of your digestive system.

1 slice of cantaloupe melon
1 slice of pineapple
1 radish
1 celery stalk
1 glass of horsetail infusion
Ice to taste
Sweeten with Stevia if you want
Preparation
