Elizabeth Gutiérrez left everyone with eyes like oranges when she shared this image on the beach on her Instagram (below), because in addition to showing off her curves in a red swimsuit, she boasted about the good physical condition of her 12-year-old sons Christopher; and Kailey, 8. So we got down to talking to the businesswoman and actress about it.

The photo you posted on the beach had both good and bad reviews. What can you tell us about it?

You never know what people will think when you upload photos, but I am happy to share with the people who give me so much love the moments with my family. The body of my son really impresses even us, they are both like that, my daughter also has her abdomen marked, not as much as the clear boy, but they are.

So isn't it that they exercise a lot?

Don't think we have him doing a hundred sit-ups a day, I think it's rather genetic. We've tried [ William Levy and myself] to instill in them being outside and not so much in front of the television. He trains, but it is not so much to show off a body full of muscles, the truth that he is not aware of his physique nor is it the most important thing for us, but because he likes to play sports.

What do you practice?

He does his ball training and apart he exercises that helps him be faster and have internal strength. He is trained by professional people who know how to handle and not affect the body of a developing child, they help him strengthen his "core" in order to help him with baseball and little by little he has developed and grown a lot.
