That many refer to Victoria Ruffo as the 'queen' of soap operas is no coincidence. The Mexican actress has earned this title through hard work thanks to the nearly 20 soap operas that she has successfully led throughout her impeccable career.

Although there are many characters with whom he has captivated the public, there is one that undoubtedly marked a before and after in his career and that was his leading role in La madrastra, the successful melodrama produced by Salvador Mejía that he led in 2005 together with César Évora and in which he played a woman who was struggling to regain the love of her children after spending 20 years locked in a maximum security prison accused of a crime she did not commit.

When they celebrate their 15th anniversary, Ruffo has just reunited in Mexico with Mauricio Aspe and Ana Layevska, who played their children in the aforementioned fiction.

The actress did not hesitate to make her followers of this reunion complicit through their networks, where she published a snapshot in which she posed three decades later with Aspe and Layevska.

"Surprises," Ruffo wrote next to the snapshot.

Both Mauricio and Ana shared the same image on their respective Instagram accounts, the words with which Aspe accompanied her were especially emotional.

Good love, true love. When reality surpasses fiction. I love you, my mother and my mother forever,”wrote the 46-year-old actor, who has maintained a beautiful friendship with Ruffo since they shared credits in La madrastra.

The reunion of the actors was not the result of chance. Victoria, Ana and Mauricio met on Wednesday on a set recording of Televisa to participate in a special program dedicated to the soap opera that will be broadcast soon on the Tlnovelas channel.
